Theory Paper

• Introduction to Film Making / Film language, Vocabulary and Directorial Practice.
• Elements of Editing.
• Elements of Screen Play writing.
• Elements of Cinematography.

PRACTICAL CLASS

• Shooting Practical on Developing a Moment or a Techniques of a scene capture method.
• Digital Camera operation (Basic Camera operation indoor based)
• Digital film editing (Editing Techniques & basic knowledge of Editing)

PROJECT FILM

• Non-Talky (Duration 5 to 7 minutes only)
• Talky Film (Duration 5 to 7 minutes only)

THEORY PAPER

• Script writing techniques (Advanced).
• Advanced theory of Editing. (Developing the film language through process of Editing)
• Advanced theory of Camera. (Developing the film language through camera placement and operation/use of lenses/lights)

PRACTICAL CLASSES (Maximum 4 hours a day)

• One day indoor shooting of a small scene.
• One day outdoor shooting of a small scene.
• Two days editing with practical rushes. (4 hours Maximum)
• PROJECT FILM MAKING :

Project Film

• Talky Film (Duration 5 to 7 minutes only)

CLASS: 5 days in a week (Maximum)
DURATION OF CLASSES: THEORY: 1: 30 HRS. PER DAY & PRACTICAL : 3 :30 HRS
Theory Paper: 3 days in a week & 2:00 hours Maximum

Theory Paper

• Techniques of Non Fiction film making & it's methods.
• Advanced theory of Film Editing / Its structure / Methods / Presentation/ Psychology/composition form / Use of Music & Ambiances.

Practical class (Maximum 4 days in a week, 4 hours maximum)

• One to five minutes project film editing with Direction students.
• Song picturisation Editing with Direction students.
• Personal editing class on layering on Video & Audio / Transition & effects / Titling /Movie making & transferring to hard disk & DVD making.
• Analysis on your project work & necessary correction.
• Work as an Editor of a Diploma film project, duration of 25 minutes. (Maximum)

Last six months free internship in our production with pay. Each & every students of full time digital Film Making department will get facilities to learn & work with full profession equipment & studio system. Each & every students of full time courses will get a stipend for their work. After completion of the internship,every student will get professional certificate by 'Impression'(An Audio Visual Research Unit).
